We offer classes 6 days a week Monday - Saturday.

There are classes for each training level, beginner through black belt. The training groups typically train in their designated class, but we do offer a family class that allows all belt ranks to train on the mat at one time. This allows families with different ranks to train within the same time frame instead of trying to squeeze in each individual class time.
Students can start training as young as 3 years old in our taekwondo program.
The Krav infused self-defense training starts at 14 years old due to the intensity of training.

Celebrate all month long with all
of our special events!
BUDDY WEEK! (August 19th - August 24th): Bring friends to class or any special events and earn extra tickets for our raffle.
PARENT'S NIGHT OUT! (Friday, August 23rd): Drop the kids off from 6:00pm - 8:00pm for a couple hours to yourself! The kids will be fed pizza for dinner and partake in team competitions to earn raffle tickets!
BUDDY DAY! (Saturday, August 24th): Bring a buddy and break a wooden board! Every student and friend who participates in the buddy day class get to break a real wooden board. Students also earn a raffle ticket for every friend they bring to take the class!
T.U.F. SPIRIT WEEK! (August 26th - August 30th): For every day students participate in the festivities they earn a raffle ticket! (Check calendar for details)
